• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

• If an active bonus is present, the original deposit amount cannot be withdrawn either until the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

kb9999 has five VIP levels. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP level upgrades are determined based on playing history and activity. Cashback is automatically credited to the account every week.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets on kb9999 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes and is regularly tested by a third party.

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• A bet won improperly due to a technical error will be considered void.
